Physical and virtual cards now carry their policy with them: limits, categories and merchant locks enforce at authorization wherever the card is used.

Freeze from the app, the board, or automatically by rule — the decline lands at the network in 240ms. Thaw is just as fast.

Cards remain free on every tier. Interchange funds them; your float never does.
